The country’s education sector has decided to implement blended learning modalities to make the delivery of basic education more possible. The descriptive research method was used to determine the level of difficulties of education students in blended learning modality in a Private University in a highly urbanized city in Central Philippines during the School Year 2023-2024. The data needed for this study was collected from 273 education students using a self-made data-gathering instrument questionnaire through Google Forms, which passed validity and reliability using a stratified random sampling lottery and the Chronbach-Alpha formula. Overall, the level of difficulties of students in the blended learning modality, according to the learning environment, technology, and time management, was high. The study reveals that no significant differences have been shown in the level of difficulties of education students in the blended-learning modality in the areas of learning environment, technology, and time management. The findings show that focusing on the lecture during face-to-face classes, acquiring a stable internet connection, and arranging their time whenever they have online and face-to-face courses in a day challenge in organizing their time whenever they have online and face-to-face classes in a day was the most difficult for students in the blended learning modality.
